Payment Policy...

My payment policy is very simple.  Once an item has been chosen for purchase, the only payment option at this time is Paypal.  I do not currently accept any other form of payment.  I believe Paypal provides the extra security that my customers and myself need to make sure our transactions are done in a professional and private manner.  After receiving payment in my Paypal account, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that payment has been received and that your item will be shipped shortly thereafter (for information about my shipping policy, refer to the paragraph labled Shipping on this page).

If payment is not received within ten business days from the date on which an item is selected for purchase, the item will be added back into my inventory and the sale will be considered a voided transaction.

Should you choose to purchase the same item at a later date, you will need to select the item for purchase again as was done originally.  If you have questions regarding the new transaction go to the Contact Me page.

My return policy is very straight-forward.  If you purchase a piece of in stock jewelry and you are not satisfied, you may return the item within the next ten business days and receive a full refund.  Items will not be accepted for return after the first ten business days.

Items may not be returned if they are broken after purchased.  If you receive your new item and it is flawed or broken en route, you will have the choice of either returning the item for a full refund or you may request a replacement of the same item or another item of equal value.  If you choose a different piece as your replacement the original item will first need to be returned prior to shipment of the replacement item.  If the price of the replacement is not equal to the original item price, arrangements for a partial refund or additional payment will be neccessary.

Shipping...

The shipping policy for Gajlsbeadsnsuch is such that once payment has been received in my Paypal account, your item will be shipped within 48 hours (or two business days).  Shipping fees are as indicated with the purchase price information listed on the Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, and Collections pages.

Special arrangement may be made for those of you who wish to receive your finished design faster than standard shipping or if orders are to be shipped outside of the United States, additional fees may apply.
